I deeply appreciated the friendly host who went out of her way to accommodate us with parking! The room was well-equipped and amazing location just a short walk to all the attractions.

While it was a lovely stay, the payment process requires cash only, which wasn't initially clear to us. On the downside, sound insulation could be improved.

The staff was amiable and helpful, as well as owner. Magnificent location in the centre of Budva was a plus.

we appreciated this central hotel, no complains at all. the staff were friendly, took care of us during 2 days stay. the double room was big size, it had an electric kettle, a fridge, and climate control. private bathroom was particularly good. the location was amazing for budva, near budva, beach and night life, all the restaurants, and market. moreover, the property was at a moderate distance from budva old town.

No laundry facilities on-site!!! Hot water shortage in winter. Just turning up the heat on the tank isn't a practical solution for everyone!!! Weak air conditioning.

We had the a double room it was big. There was great bed, climate control, a fridge, and an electric kettle. The accommodation had a very central location close to the bus stop as well as the main road of the city.

The rooms with nice garden full of nice smelling roses underneath. Friendly and helpful staff interactions. Free parking on-site provided. Magnificent location just a short stroll away from Budva Old Town.

Perfect Location Near Everything!

Wow, just wow! This spot is legit 5 mins to Old Town & Mogren Beach, the best beach. Plus, tons of shops nearby. The host was super chill and always around to help. The place was super clean. The furniture is a bit dated, but all worked fine. Would've loved a better breakfast option.

I loved the short stroll to the old town about 700 meters away and the beautiful park views by the beach just a short walk from my comfortable room with a balcony, where I relaxed in the fresh air.

The location was perfect-just a short walk to the old town and beaches. It was clean and offered good value for money. The owner was friendly and provided wonderful service. Highly recommend 😊

I had a great experience here when Lidija, the owner, helped me out by offering a ride to the bus station. The garden area was a calming spot to relax, and I loved enjoying breakfast on the balcony. The only thing was that the WiFi could be spotty at times, but overall it was a cozy stay! 😊

The location is really good, just 5 minutes to the Old Town and the best beach in the area. Our host Lidija was always available, friendly and ready to help us with anything we needed, it seemed like we were well taken care of.

It was a bit pricey but still worth it for what you get.

The location was perfect for exploring. The friendly host went out of his way to accommodate our needs. Our private room with bathroom was comfortable and clean, with a lovely view of the garden, a nice touch.

The payment method could have been clearer. We weren't prepared to pay in cash only.

It was a strong match for a city escape in Budva with great value for the money. My room had a nice little courtyard that was perfect for relaxation. Just make sure to bring your own coffee or tea.

The single room with private bathroom was equipped with everything i needed, including AC and a kettle. The little courtyard and garden looked lovely, perfect for lounging. Amazing value for money, especially being in such a quiet area.
